Discover Saratoga Springs
Year-long or seasonal, Welcome to Saratoga Springs
Historic Charm
The exciting thoroughbred racing season at Saratoga Race Course is the most well-known way to experience the deep rooted equine culture here.
A polo club dating back to 1898, guided horseback rides along the beautiful trails, and harness racing at the Saratoga Casino Hotel are a few more reasons to love the historic culture.
Abundant Waters
Saratoga’s springs are among the few naturally carbonated waters in the country. Residents and tourists have easy access to the natural springs throughout the town year-round, for drinking and in healings baths at local spas.
Boating, fishing, canoeing and paddle boarding are also part of Saratoga’s lake life.
Beyond the springs, the Adirondacks are just about an hour’s drive where a wonderland of both summer and snow sports are never far away.
Getting to Saratoga
Named one of the top ten places to live in the state of New York — it’s just a 2 hour train ride from Manhattan, along the scenic Hudson River and a 3 hour drive to Montreal or Boston.
A year round destination, the location of Oak ridge itself, in Saratoga Springs proper, is highly desirable because of its proximity to transportation, the race course and other attractions, and social hubs like the Saratoga National Golf Club and downtown Saratoga.
